What's up. I stumbled upon this cool concept (that I didn't know had this name) and I wanted to share it with y'all.

Most likely you personal development veterans have heard this one many times, but it's still good to go over the basics from time to time, This one is very practical and a good few solid bricks for your emotional mastery journey.
