Semen Retention as a tool for healing.

I just posted about the potential benefits of Semen Retention.

For most people those won't be as apparent due to one exact reason: their sexual expression is tied to trauma.

If you have ever used masturbation and/or sex to cover up the lower consciousness emotions of shame, guilt, sadness, anger and fear through porn or hook ups, you will feel worse after quitting it.

Because your favourite coping strategy just got ripped from you and you don't have the strong, overriding emotion of sexual arousal to fill up the hole inside you. Like a heroin addict you are gonna claim: "ahhh these damn addiction doctors are talking shit, Heroin is good for me, see how bad I feel without it? There are numerous studies showing it's not addictive, give me my medicine back." 

Sex can be a tool for authentic love, giving, expression, connection and healing. But in order to become that, one has to consciously walk the path of healing on their own for a while to clear out obsessive and compulsive sexual perversions that one has developed as a trauma coping strategy.

You are worthy, you are beautiful, you deserve sex, you deserve love.

Sex and love is not a Darwinian fight for chunks of meat. Don't get me wrong, it can be if you let your trauma define you, never heal and pursue sex and "love" from a place of hurt, scarcity and competition. But if you become a loving, fully authentic, energetically radiant person through dealing with trauma through a path of Semen Retention, you will attract high quality women because you have become an integrated, high quality man with integrity and an open radiant heart. That's what women want after all.

And a high quality man who has healed and actualized his true essence and character is different from most men who learn strategies to best imitate the qualities of such a man mostly in the subtle, energetic, intuitive dimension women pic up on best. Especially beautiful, feminine, high consciousness women. If you want those, you gotta heal yourself.
