Is stage turqoise an enlightened stage

Can someone spoonfeed me.i have lot of books to read on survival and do not have time to read spiral dynamics.is turqoise=enlightment.will  i reach turqoise if i am not enlightened.

You can be enlightened at any stage; or not.

That is an Integral Stage which can be accessed independent of your Waking Up State (what you refer to as Enlightenment).

Also, you can be awoke at any Stage.

But raising your State helps with raising your Stage and vice-versa.

Enlightenment is now or not at all, and the belief some thing will lead to it or it will somehow come and or be yours or happen to you, is the veil.

You are Enlightenment. The mind does not get Enlightened. SD represents character values. Usually, stage turquoise comes about due to awakening. This is so, because adapting trans-personal values is rare if you haven't "seen" beyond self.

Remember, SD stages reflect the organizing principles of the mind, not Consciousness. It is possible to have an awakening at every stage. With deeper Consciousness comes about more overarching perspective. The more conscious You are, more psychologically developed your self will be (probably).
