What are your habits and goals for 2022

18 posts in this topic

Hey guys,

What do you plan to work on the following year? What are the goals you have or the habits that you want to install?

For me, I wanna explore my dreams more, and become lucid in them more and more frequently.

Also, I wanna develop my technical skills even more, to monetize them even better.

Cleaning up my diet and working at my fitness is also what I want to do.

What about you?

- work out

- morning routine

- part-time work

- continue working on art - try to get better with anatomy

That's good to start with for a year of new habits, just the morning routine should change everything around a bit for the better.

Its Going To Be Fun ✨??

Work out 3-5 days per week. Start taking classes again to continue working toward a bachelor’s degree. Do a solo three day retreat with vipassana, cultivating jhanas, and fire casina at home then do two 10 day formal meditation retreats of either vipassana or fire casina. Clean up my diet.

I want to:

  • step outside my comfort zone by engaging with strangers in VR social games and engaging in online discussions little bit more, as I am often more of a lurker
  • lose 10 kg of weight
  • continue my posture exercise regime
  • finish my simple VR game prototype and explore more ideas and decide on one to make a full fledged experience out of
