   Relatively speaking, I'm alright despite a few side effects of the vaccine and my family members turned out better than me in handling the vaccine. The mandate for vaccines policy I think depends on which countries are getting the mandate. Some countries most people are more responsible with handling sickness without being enforced by gov, but other countries need some enforcement as the people there are just not able to handle the sickness and have lower . Some people/places have groups with little to low fear of germs, while other places have higher tolerances for it.

   I sometimes think it all depends on the stage, cognitive, moral, and life experiences/history of the person/people in regards to dealing with a pandemic to epidemic illness collectively. Of course, at the individual level it's much harder to assess at this level how one can help at the collective because it's more complicated, but I do think some germaphobia and awareness can help.
