I am a spiral dynamic noobie.how can i understand stage turqoise?.is the spiral dynamic bible enough?does people below stage turqoise understand stage turqoise by reading a book?

Most likely not, yet you will be able to get glimpses and grow into it.

@itachi uchiha Holons itself. If you want to understand and see more of stage turqouise that is a direct way of doing that. 

Another example stage turqouise is also again a we oriented spectrum of SD. 
Turqouise communities are highly conceptual
Stage turqouise is very interested and involved into self-transcending practices
Activly breaks out of the survival paradigm.

etc. The holon episode gives a good viewpoint from what you can read by Wilber. So you don't neccesarily need to read Wilber.
