1: Could someone please link where Leo got his urine test from? Doctors data says it has to be ordered from a physician

2: I read brown rice is bad for heavy metals? is it better to eat white rice in this case? or is brown rice still fine to eat if doing the chelation? (I eat a lot of rice)
