Ujjayi pranayama creating a strange mystical peaceful breeze

Am i the only one Who thinks this technique is powerful AF? (For sober methods, obviously is not comparable to a Psychedelic)

At first is DIFFICULT because It seems you really need to breath faster (notice this pranayama entails breathing only by one nostril) But then when you get used to It, you actually have "fun" going more and more and more and more slow ? and the more slow you inhale/exhale (particularly in the rep of inhaling by right nostril and exhaling by the left) the more everything seems to slow down...

WoW! Need to do this more.

This is Nadi Sodhana. Ujjayi Pranayama is the one where you constrict your throat.

I'm glad it's effective for you. I've also been feeling random cool breezes usually on my face during meditation / yoga.
