This issue can be easily solved with proper education. Don't take Democracy for grandted, appreciate that you don't live in an Authoritarian Government.

When the people become retarded enough they will, unconsciously, create the environment for an authoritarian government to emerge. That's what you are seeing right now in America. The left is doing everything it can to destabilize its cultural and political values. And if they succeed, the country will be stripped of its identity and chaos will ensue. An authoritarian government always emerges out of chaos. The nazi regime is a good example, but the same goes for the current regime in China.
