In Leo’s “how to stop being a victim” epsisode he didn’t address why people stay victims.is there a reason for why people remain having a victim mentality?

Did you watch "How to Stop Being a Victim" part two?  It goes into that.  Specifically how self-deception and confirmation bias keeps you stuck in victimhood.  It's an excellent episode.
