If you have lots of time, I'd omit it or lie.

Women will be more likely to give you a chance even if you're short if you meet in-person and you have a good personality. Some of those same women will swipe left on you if all they see is a number without context.

The downside is that instead of just getting rejected or filtered out right away, you're wasting more of your time and theirs. You have to actually take the time to go out and meet them, pay for a meal or coffee, and then still possibly get rejected.

If you really want to meet someone and not mentioning height gets you even a 5% better chance then I'd do it though.
