Have you ever done a liver cleanse and seen the shit that comes out of your own liver?

Today my 300g of liver will arrive. Ill take the risk and see how it makes me feel. I'll cut off 5 years off  my life for personal science bois.

What about eating some lamb testicles? I heard they contain bioavailable testosterone and I could use some for mi patchy beard ?

Any quick protocols or resources? I do have somewhat dark circles under my eyes no matter how much I sleep and my intuition is telling me no cucumber mask is gonna fix that. 

Maybe i should do a raw liver face mask. At least I wouldn't waste what I purchased lol.

Ill feed the liver that i bought to my dog. Im sure she'll like it. 

Honestly ill just look for smth else to eat. Unnecessary risk. Id rather eat high quality poached eggs. Roughly similar nutritional profile and i know how I react to them. Thanks for the replies guys

Lmfao I gave it to my dog. She sniffed it and now it's been laying on the plate for over 3 hours. It was expired for like 5 days though. 

i expected something more like this :
