Question for people who completed Life Purpose Course

10 posts in this topic

How often are you folks rewatching the course material or going through the exercises or the collections you made?

I read through some of my collections and I think I have changed a lot since I took the course. I am more mature, realistic and grounded than I have ever been...

I will be redoing some of these exercsies over the coming months and updating my collections.

I think it's recommended to do some of these things once a year so I may do it for new years.

The mastery concept is also very important.u need to contemplate and make the concept your own ie able to use it on your own or internalize it

U need to do a lot of work on the course , hours and hours and u will outgrow some part  of the course

Robert greene is a more simplified version of lp course.i can never fully master the lp course because some of the individual concepts like law of attraction ,subconscious mind etc require decades of work to master.many concepts and ideas require a lifetime to fully understand.i wil never fully master lp course .hence i prefer robert green as it is simple and the necessary or essential bare minimum

@itachi uchiha Interesting. I love Robert Greene's Mastery.

I think that is one of the things I like about the LP. I finished the course. I would get up at start at 6m at a cafe and work for 3 hours monday-friday on it. Really enjoyed it actually. I will return and update the collections and statements soon.

I don't really think you outgrow parts of the course though. I think that you may change your values, interest etc as you grow and mature which is healthy. But, I think a lot of the concepts are universal.

Yes - it's a good idea to review/repeat certain excercises .. I believe there are particular modules in the course that are called out to be something that repeat on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis.

One that was huge of me was completing the 'Me Sheet' and spending 5 minutes a day reading through it for 90 days straight.

That 'Me Sheet' is critical.

Yes I enjoy that 90 day process as well. I will be updating it.

@Thought Art I go through the notes when I am stuck on something. As well as I re-define my values as I feel relevant at best currently every 3 months, so I create meaning and it helps with changing behaviour and activities and getting a kick out of that. Once a year I set yearly goals I've read all the books now I feel I am just now getting started.

Depending on how useful the content right now is in my life I review notes or watch a video. I feel new input from other sources is also very valuable.

Once a year sometime around Christmas / New Years when things are naturally a bit slower, I like to redo the entire course and make sure my values and everything are still aligned.

The course gives guidelines about how you're supposed to look at certain stuff every day for the first 90+ days I think
