Anybody tried a digital detox?

I think i'm kind of addicted to listening to youtube videos and podcasts

I listen to deep stuff but also to very non-deep stuff like interviews from actors, rappers and so on or news sometimes if there is an interesting subject (no covid)

Just often find it very entertaining and it does give me joy and quiets my kind of obsessive mind.

But maybe trying a week or so without it and trying to read more.

I like to do daily detoxes where I turn my phone off for a few to several hours at a time.

I am by no means an expert in the realms of the unseen or otherwise and anything I say should simply be taken as one friend helping another <3

Digital detoxes are great. Silence, loneliness and complete non-distraction are great for your creativity, productivity and focus. 

YouTube can really become a distraction. Getting distracted from my life purpose by a talking head that spurs great monologues on life purpose.
