Simplest pointer: imagine the scenario “I forgive you”; “And I forgive you” couplet is as equally valid as anything else for every single possible 2 person duo in every apparent circumstance.

It feels like a good starting point, and could certainly have a powerful effect in most circumstances, but forgiveness lies on the assumption that something was done “wrong” to begin with.

Maybe: “I authentically love and accept you” and “your love and acceptance is authentically received and reflected” could be more thorough to close the gap?

And if those sentences don’t feel good to one or both of the sides, a conversation about why could occur <3

Yeah that’s why it’s a pointer though. After liberation, forgiveness in the deep sense of the allaying of personal judgement is seen to be an illusion — it’s as if the delay between an action and its forgiveness collapsed, and upon its collapse, forgiveness in that sense doesn’t make sense anymore because it’s obvious there’s no personal action, and no one, to forgive.
