3rd eye things

I have asked about this like, 8 months ago. But even now I still cannot understand in the sense that, what the fuck can I do about it? Blue sphere of hallucinations 24/7 both open and closed eye - the thing is, it takes a very long time of concetration but once the visuals become more vivid it's a tunnel, a tunnel that becomes extremely real and always ends up in a feeling of bursting into a landscape of some kind, it's usually floating over landscapes that have absolutely no logic to them at all, very video game PS1 graphics looking shit, it feels very unbalanced and nothing has worked and is just too distracting, i literally use to rub tumeric powder into it because of some indian guru on yt

The pressure is just crazy, it's an unbelivably dense pressure of energy that pulstates, vibrates (sometimes pleasurable), swirls etc -  what is it? why in particular inbetween my eyebrows is there so much pressure?

imagine someone was pushing there thumb in between ur eyebrows as hard as they can, that's what it feels like every time I meditate, I cannot actually use my nostrils as an object of meditation anymore I have to move to the belly

Ok. Will do for ten minutes. Just sit and sink into gravity and relax. Nothing ‘big’, it’s all subtle. Gently put your attention on feeling breathing from the stomach. If anything weird arises in the environment, like something with the floor, or your tv or whatever, just ignore it, it’s fine. Bring attention back to feeling breathing from the stomach. Afterwards, take at least 30 minutes to just sit and relax. Don’t engage in anything. And for the next ten minutes, and that 30 minutes, allow any release, should one arise. Much love. Starting now.

I also have all of the visual stuff you describe but it's fun and interesting in my experience. I don't get distracted by it, if I want a change I just focus on my breath or a sound in a room. As for the pressure, it reminds me of being pregnant and feeling kicks. Some of them do hurt and it's strange but all in all a very cool experience. Maybe examine your narrative around it, why the resistance to it?

@mandyjw the sheer density of it feels like a migraine sometimes, but mostly when i meditate it begins to start jerking all over the place, like i just want to put a magnet to my head sometimes and hope it gets sucked out

also,  i had went really intense this year on seeking and tried many things, i would have hoped i could have gotten more insight into it, just feels like its blocked or something. anyways, sometimes its pleasurable so theres that lol

Blocked or gestating? One could easily confuse one of those things for the other. Maybe you think there's something that needs to be done about it?

I had an intense migraine following something traumatic when I was 15 and started seeing eye floaters everywhere. Looked them up, realized they were permanent. I couldn't see the sky anymore, I saw eye floaters. I would sit in class and stare at them instead of the teacher. Found an internet forum full of people complaining about how eye floaters are ruining their life. Read a bit, got horribly depressed, woke up a bit and realized how ridiculous this was, was like "Oh shit, I gotta stop doing this." Talked to people who have eye floaters and never think about them until I asked. Became one of those people. I just looked at what I wanted to look at, not the projection of flaws in my eyeballs. Learned an enormously important lesson that pertains to a lot of other things and forgot about it just like the eye floaters... until someone asks.
