I love how he teaches the boys that it's okay to cry and that it's okay to be afraid. Love. It. 

He's like the archetypal father or something, man this is amazing to watch, even makes me tear up haha

Yeah I have been tearing up alot watching these, something so beautiful about true "parental" connection, we all need that and many of us lacked it. True compassion but also strong leadership.
