Ended in psych ward 4th time

this is my 4th hospital stay in 4 years.

I was sober last 3 time and i know i broke  some limits i shouldnt

I think the reason for staying this time was my suicidal ideation bc my eyes didnt stop hurting for the past year. So i lost the courage to keep fighting, Im leaving hospital for Xmas, so that is nice, to be with my familiy.

Any thoughts? Ideas? Something positive?

Plus matrix 4 is in town for chiristmas....

good, but I have cravings for home, to see my whole family, i miss  them much. and i miss my little hill where i go to pray to God....

never really been to the psych ward only once to visit somebody

and been to a "day clinic" not forced though and you sleep at home there

Sorry to hear about this. 370 days of psych wards in 4 years, so I feel your pain. 
 

Detoxing my body and eating raw fruits and veggies, not working- did wonders for me, personally.

I wonder what that solution would be for you, that would greatly move you forward or prevent stress?
