Lost

Hi Everyone

Lost, truly lost!

Signed up to the forum, not knowing what to expect but I feel you guys are experts already.

I've been watching Leo's videos for a few months, totally out my depth. After Leo's encouragement to sign up it will help me understand the concepts more clearly but hey not so far.

I am not making any judgments, I admire the confidence in everyone's comments but I truly do not know how to begin to address or apply myself in such great, compounding topics.

I trust Leo in setting up the forum, his faith that it will bring people together as a like minded community but at the moment I need to step back and consider the thought process of others topics and their comments.

I feel at the moment I am totally out of my depth but welcome the chance of to be part of the forum.

Take care

@optimist ,

Just know that it is a lot easier to begin with an empty slate than a full one.

What you see as expert advice here, are just personal opinions - regards them as just that.

The less opinions you have, the closer you are to the Truth, and everyone is striving to realize that.

Read what makes sense, dance with it.

What is it that you are after at this point? What are you trying to achieve? Let it all out here, and take everybody's answers with a grain of salt :D

I started very small and just tried to develop my technical art skills.  From there I taught myself about nutrition and weightlifting, and now the ball keeps rolling and the things I am learning about are becoming higher and higher concept, with bigger and bigger vision.

So that would be my advice from my own personal journey; start small, in a field that doesn't intimidate you too much, and learn how to learn.  The rest can come later.
