Will I ever feel fine without coffee?

@flowboy I understand, yeah that´s what I thought. I´ll have to think about it.

How about 70-80% chocolate? Doesn't that have caffeine in it?

@Javfly33 Yes it does. But also it has sugar and dairy. I wouldn't recommend depending on something with sugar to be able to do work.

(Although I definitely have in the past9_9)

Truth is it's probably still better than going back to chugging espresso's.

But also I get that work is important, so again you have to think about whether you want to push through or quit another time.

If you have to keep just one addiction then the coffee is probably the better solution than something else ?

Yes. I mean overall i have reduced my coffee intake and dependency and i wont go back to taking more than 1 coffee a day.

Also, i mainly wanted to quit coffee to quit KRATOM (which is another addiction i have). Since I verified it didnt made me take less, i just thought It was stupid to not take coffee

I'd start doing some body based mindfulness with labelling. I believe it will likely help you deal with the withdrawal effects.

And, yes, coffee is a hell of a drug.

Yoga, Qigong and Chinese Tea. Now that's a way to live without coffee. Bliss.

I am quitting right know after many years and many tries. When it got to the point of three coffees daily I decided - nope. So far it is 1 month without coffee and 2 weeks without any caffeine. I love how easy it is to fall asleep now. I already know that I will be one of those with a looong withdrawal. I am lookin forward the 70 day awesome checkpoint that @flowboy introduced.
