Look for a therapist who specializes in “contemplative psychology”. When in the hunt for a new therapist it’s helpful to call several and ask them about their specialities. Many offer a free session to see if it’s a good fit.

 Words like "transpersonal" "integral" or "holistic" might help you find what you're looking for.

just use your intuition to feel out is this a person who has realized themselves as a person devoted to helping others? you have to really be very specific like that because i think most therapists are just egos unfortunately but if you understand yourself pretty well it won't be hard for you to find a good one

just try to grab a bag full of consulations and let the heart choose
