plugging cocaine ?

i have a friend who swears by it they said they been doing it twice a week for years and never touch the nose this way.  but are now worried maybe it ruined their rectum from long use 

i know leo talked before how plugging is alot better for you than doing it the nose way but does this also go for coke is technically cocaine hcl

or would you just end up getting deviated rectum eventually just how you get with nose deviated septum
