Order of Dualities

I have been contemplating something for the past few weeks. 

1. Is there an order in which dualities are constructed?

2. Can one formalize the steps that can move one from duality into non-duality and vice-versa? 

3. If no such formalized order can be constructed, what is the thing that limits that construction? 

Intuitively, I can sense that self-vs-other is the first(1st order) duality, and imagination-vs-reality is the last(n-th order) duality. In between these two, all other dualities exist in some ordered form...

Can one attempt to create an ordered list in which all dualities are constructed/deconstructed? The order does not need to be exact but can serve as a map in which students can deconstruct dualities.

While I have not contemplated this, based on direct experience, the only duality which needs to be deconstructed is form (what appears to be) and formless (what does not appear to be).

All other dualities are held within this. Once form/formless collapses, as do all separations (dualities). This includes self/other, light/dark, birth/death, true/false, being/non-being, existence/non-existence, pure/impure, etc.

There can be no dualities if all which appears and all which does not appear are seen to have come out of the same Universe...there’s not actually any room for separation at that point — it’s completely full of Universe.

Without a perceived separation between subject and object, the perceiver vanishes along with all dualistic misconceptions.

The Heart Sutra addresses your question in perfect clarity.

There is. I’d consider the distinction between constructed as in thought, or via finite mind, and appearance which can’t be thought. An example would be sexuality is a constructed concept, but the appearance sexuality is prior to self and other.
