Meditation when BAKED

So I ended up smoking three joints before the time I usually do meditation, and ended up getting really, really, REALLY high. Will doing meditation high have any real impact, or should I just wait to be sober to meditate?

Do edibles instead of smoking though. Smoking is dum.

Meditation after weed is awesome. Try a guided meditation, it will blow your mind.

If I do it with my eyes closed I tend to get dizzy and nauseous.

I do as well. I wish I knew how to enjoy weed more actually… the deeper I get into sober meditation, the less enjoyable all drugs have become. And especially the after effects once the high wears off.

I went through a pretty nasty withdraw from weed as I used to smoke each day after I was done work. It is a real thing.

I am grateful for the plant,  in the it was a survival strategy and spiritual tool for many years. But, I also regret my misused of it at times I think.

I am now an advocate of using it rarely if at all. Many people in my life smoke it, they are fine. There is nothing like super bad about it. But, I am just really desiring clarity as I move into an achiever phase again in my life after my building phase of being in school etc.
