What 20 Minutes Meditation Techinques Did You Guys Recommend?

Hi lovely community!

I was looking for some advice in meditation, right now im doing 20 minutes per day, based on the guided meditation of Leo

This one

Basically it is about experience reality as it is, and it is really helping, i was wondering...

¿Should i mix this with some other technique? ¿Did you guys know about some 20 minutes technique (doesnt matter if it needs an audio) that you think is whort looking at?

As guided meditations I still like these (first includes 8, second 3 guided meditations):

You can get them also on Audible afaik. Other than that just silence is good too if that works for you.
