How to work with emotional repression

This term "emotional repression" is new to me and it's sounds pretty good and true.↵

Does anybody know how I can bring it up or what I can read about  it what videos to watch etc.

don't escape from 'em by resorting to instant gratification activities.

when it comes up, be with it, feel into it and allow your inner consciousness receives it in order to process it.

the more you are alone with it, the more you decrease the repression.

here is an extremely effective method:

set a timer for an hour 
sit down like meditating 

after you know taking deep breath etc
you let your body do whatever the fuck it wants!

at first, nothing happens maybe you move your legs or scratch an itch 
but if you sat long enough your body will feel like doing some unusual things 

maybe 

 you feel like scream you scream out loud! 

 you feel like being angry you express that angry 

or crying or being in some strange wacky posture.

and of course, you will have some sexual cravings and disturbing  desires 
 

it's probably a combination of feelings and thoughts 

but dont judge it as bad just let it all out 

all of those are dark shit hidden under a rug let it all out 

 

keep doing this daily and you will notice significant improvement 

this method is NO BS it's very direct and simple 

worth mentioning i received this insight from leos videos  

with some experimentation

Yeah theres a few chapters on this in Letting go by david r hawkins. Dude was enlightened too if that helps
