Can forgetting to breath be a serious issue for your health? Or will your body always breath again if maximum is reached?

I heard if you are in normal state of consciousness it is impossible to die from holding your breath because your body will force you. But how about when your body forgets to breath.

I plugged 5mg of malt yesterday (my first time doing malt).

The body effects were quite strong. A lot of buzzing in my body, some flashes, and feelings of warmth. Kind of similar to mescaline, and it was pretty enjoyable. All of those body effects made me really horny as well, more than mescaline. There was a very small amount of constriction in my stomach at times which made it a little hard to breathe, but it was barely noticeable. Overall the body effects were pleasant, unlike 5-MeO-DMT. 

There wasn’t too big of a difference in my consciousness, the body effects were definitely the more prominent affect, but I’m sure if I increased the dose I would get a larger shift in my consciousness.

Farther into the trip I started to feel very tired and lethargic, similar to how I felt on ayahuasca. I would lay down, close my eyes, and go limp, surrendering into the body effects. It was almost like I got so tired and went so limp that I could barely think or try to control anything anymore, and the substance would just take my consciousness and do what it wanted with it. It didn’t go very far probably because of the small dose, but I’m guessing that would go farther if the dose was increased.

It definitely felt more gentle and less intense than 5-MeO-DMT. Even though the come-up was more gradual because I plugged it, just the overall energy of it felt more gentle, even though it still felt like it had the potential to take me deep in the way that 5-MeO-DMT would. It’s almost like 5-MeO-DMT is like a rocket ship that just launches you and rapidly increases your consciousness whether you like it or not, and 5-MeO-MALT sort of sedates you and melts you with the body effects, which beckons you to surrender, which brings you to that large and intense increase in consciousness in a more gentle way. That's how it felt to me this time at least.

This description is spot on. The "horny" thing is very real at low doses. It makes you squirm and pant and crave touch.

It's a very feminine feeling which I found to be somewhat threatening since I typically identify hypermasculine. I still managed to surrender to it just fine, but I'm not particularly eager for more lol.

At higher doses the "horny" thing generally dissipates and you go straight to infinity/imagination/godhead which is a million times more threatening (lol). So MALT is a challenge for me regardless of the dose. But it's still my second favorite psychedelic (only after 5meodmt) because the rewards you reap are proportional to the threat level. And perhaps the biggest lesson you will learn is that no matter how severe the threat, how terrifying the trip, nothing... really happened. Here you are. You are absolutely, irrefutably safe. Wow.

<10mg plugged is very (annoyingly) sensual.

MALT does not make me "horny" in the way that I like - usually when I'm horny there is heavy emphasis on genitals, masculine-feminine polarity, and my desire is single-minded on the female figure like a laser, it's like the whole world goes away and nothing matters other than conquering her body. It's an addictive, amazing high.

But with low dose MALT it feels like I've turned into melting syrup, lots of involuntary squirming, shallow breathing, as if I've suddenly turned into a woman in heat myself. No genital desire or imagery it all, just pure melting, flow, warmth, and a vague desire to hold and be held (by nobody in particular). And yet it's unmistakably erotic, bodily, and feminine. It feels as if my dick disappeared, in fact, that all men have been erased, and the very air itself is rich with estrogen. And I am suffocated in it like a fish in water - or more aptly, I feel like an ice cube dropped in a pool of lava. Objectively speaking its actually a very pleasant experience, but my masculine ego did not enjoy it at all lol.

15mg+ plugged seems to bypass everything I've been describing, and mind begins to explore infinity without any notions of bodies or polarities.

I noticed on a male friend that he became a woman. He had the urge to talk a lot after the trip in a feminin way. He didn't like that but it was interesting.

Interesting. I wonder what happens in the brain that makes some people feel that way when taking psychedelics. I feel like that often, and I haven't taken psychedelics yet.
