Journal Advice

6 posts in this topic

Hey guys,

I write a journal entry every day, however on some days I forget to do some of my habits, e.g. if it's a day off I only attempt to meditate. Does this mean that my other habits are broken, and have to be started again from day 1 or should I continue from where I left off? Because, it seems to me as if I have to begin from the beginning for habits that have be broken. Which will never allow me to actually complete my 90 days of creating solid, strong habits.

What do you guys suggest? :/

@QandC I know I've failed, but what I'm saying is that some habits are impossible to do every single day e.g. going to the gym. Does this mean I should continue from where I left off or start again?

@Alex4 That's what I'm saying. I can't otherwise the body and muscles will get worn out and maybe tear. This is why I'm thinking that habits that I don't do every still count right? Because, I've done them previously.

Thanks for your help guys, but I think I've figured out the solution to my problem, myself.
