sleep

what's best time to sleep ? 
and does it make a health different if we slept late or early ?
i have been struggling for years with waking up early im used to sleep at 6 am and wake up at 3 pm 

it's emotionally hard for me to sleep early 

and i dont have good reasons to do that as well 

so what do you think guys?

Then don't. I am forced to try and sleep very early but most of the time it's impossible. Some of us are bats. It could be healthier to sleep at least a bit earlier though.

get a sleep tracker that measures your HRV. then youll know if sleeping at the wrong times of the day is affecting your health, but generally yes, not sleeping when its dark will mess with hormones like melatonin and cortisol.

I gave up on going to sleep at certain hours. No matter what I try I can't go to sleep every day at the same time.

I don't think it's a bad thing as long as you get enough sleep, the body has its own personal clock.

It's a problem if you want to keep a regular job... Then... Yes... Sucks...
