Stuck In A Routine

I do the same thing, the same way everyday.  I know what i want to change and how to do it, i just need help finding motivation.  Any suggestions or motivational techniques?  Im not unhappy, just ready for change.

It's important to note that motivation will only get you started. Motivation fades away quick. I read a quote that said motivation gets you started, Habit keeps you going.

@Bronsoval A other option is to just do it. I know this sounds obviuse, but then again why dont you. 

Overthinking and reason / shortcut searching usualy gets in the way of action.

It might also help to be aware of this.

read the book instead, socrates is way more badass on text. it's supposed to be a true story, too

The book is very powerful, doubt that movie can capture it well.

It is a novel so it is a quick read, however be careful not to skim over, there are really powerful stuff there.

@Arman the audiobook is by far the best, but the movie is still really good. Both can give you a lot of life lessons! So check out Both.

@Morten The movie is kind of its own thing, it slightly follows the book, which is why the book is better as it goes more deeper.  However, the movie can still teach you a lot, and well it's just a great movie. Don't compare it to the book, think of it as being extra.
