My "true" face looks almost nothing like the one I normally see

Hi! Finally, I have something to share with you guys

This week I had one mind-blowing experience! I took psychedelics for the second time in my life (two grams of mushrooms). During the trip I was pretty shocked when I looked in the mirror, only to discover an almost complete stranger staring back at me. My appearance completely fitted what people around me have been telling me for a long time: That I'm very skinny and have a stone cold dead face. This has been really confusing for me, cause I don't see neither of these things when I normally look in the mirror. I see the world’s most handsome guy with a lot of facial expression, actually... 

So, my question is: Should I be worried or is this normal?

My guess is that you managed to detach yourself from your ego whilst on the psychedelics, so you saw yourself how you really are. 

I had an experience recently where my appearance changed in the mirror, but it was probably different to your experience as I hadn't taken any psychedelics.
