The season is changing, I am going to wake up earlier than before. I will change No distractions until time from 8 PM to 7 PM. Maybe I'll journal a bit less too, 1 hour seems enough.

Today was messy. I went outside with my mom to help her find a new phone for herself. It took a lot of time and because of that, I didn't do the essential things that I planned to do. That's life, it's fine.

Difficult day. I almost didn't sleep of the entire night, I felt agitated most of the day and didn't work that much. The construction noises outside didn't help me too.
