My ex was each one of those.

It was too tough to deal with his emotional games.

I still suffer from all that he did

I call it emotional scars.

Sometimes I feel like a sad  angel with wings.

Just tired, lost, Hopeless, gone.

Tired of the world.

Tired of everything.

I think I need higher intelligence to deal with things and a lot more maturity.

To look at things from a Meta perspective.

I wished people didn't communicate with me.

Because everytime they do, they simply manipulate me.

Somehow this song means everything to me. It makes me feel loved, like I'm in the company of my lover who fully understands everything about me.

Who else is a true lover other than someone who completely understands you?

What's the best piece of advice that you could give to someone?

I think it is this.

...

Don't judge a book by its cover.

People judge so much - but that judgement is missing one important thing - understanding.

When do you realize that you understood everything the wrong way?

To love someone truly and deeply is to understand them and to understand them the right way. Whatever "right way" means. If you realized that they don't love you or are being wicked, it's just love showing you the way. If you understood their "heart" then you must know that they never meant anything wrong and your understanding should naturally be in sync with who they are.

You'll put the necessary effort to understand someone deeply only if you really care and really love them.

The task of loving someone truly and deeply is a huge task. It is about getting down to an existential level where you understand them inside out.

(somehow sociopaths are better at this ability than regular folks, we often confuse a sociopath for a highly intelligent person/Empathetic )

You cannot call it a spiritual environment, when someone lifts their finger at you and calls you the problem.

There is no resonance there. There is no understanding there or no effort put in to understand you.

Simply judgement. How can that come from a place of goodness?

How can that come from a place of empathy?

I think people with greater empathy frequencies will never act this way.

So people who act this way must be lowest on empathy if they think being emotionally aggressive is fine.

Sometimes I felt like I was dying slowly and gradually.

It felt awful

At that point, someone asked me - what was the point?

Why do people act in toxic ways?

Because good people don't act like that.

Good people don't put their nose into stuff that doesn't belong to them

Good people want to help those that they can help

Good people stand up for what's right

Good people don't bully others

Good people don't engage in character critique when they don't know the person inside-out or personally

Good people don't go around witch hunting

Good people aren't constantly engaging in shaming and finger pointing.

Good people want peace yet they can fight for what's right.

Good people feel guilty if they hurt others.

Good people are open and frank and not sneaky

Good people have the same side privately as they do publicly

Good people don't provoke others to a fight

Good people respect other's space and opinions and don't try to invade or threaten or impose or dictate others or excessively oppose someone's opinion.

Good people don't trigger others.

If there is forum frustration,

Then learn to find a way around trolls.

Talk to very few people

After exercising great control over my emotions, I finally cut off some people from my life who belonged here. It was tough but taking tough decisions is what bravery means.

When you're brave things fall in place.

Don't let others have the upper hand.

Be cautious.

Be cautious of your own presence.

Maybe try to focus on other things that can be productive and give up the forum totally.

Just curse it already. It's not even worth it.

Be in places where you can use your time productively.

At the end of the day nobody can take away your power

Don't think too much about it

Also learn to accept how people are. That this is how things are and you have to constantly adjust and attune yourself to a new state of being.

Also use PC language
