Why God is Dreaming All this stuff?

33 posts in this topic

Why God is dreaming getting raped, being a succesful enterpreneur, getting shot, winning the lottery, having sex, getting obliterated in another crash accident,,feeling depressed, being awake and etc?

What is the point of it all ? How does God think about all this stuff

Is it possible to stop the dream alltogether? Sometimes i can see through this illusion but it feels there is nothing you can do to end this dream lol. Not even God himself can stop the dream.

Apparently for no reason at all.

Too much unquestioned assumptions in your question.

@SQAAD because God is everything. How could it be any other way?

Stop judging good or bad and there's your answer. If you were a totally selfless infinite being, what would you create?

If you were totally loving what would you create?

From you myopic perspective you would create something that bests suits your survival needs. God has no such needs and you are God.

I think there is some logic behind all this stuff.

God is an infinite singularity. Forever exploring itself by being itself fully.

Good story?

I believe that God is nothing and knows nothing, and suddenly it is a lot of energy that explodes and it is only that, and it only knows that, and that energy forms protons and God is protons, no more, know how to be a proton, and he is playing with the possibilities until reach a complexity as unimaginable as the human brain, a pattern within a pattern within a pattern ... all shapes in nothingness, and those unimaginable patterns intertwine in unimaginable numbers creating all this perfect and glorious dream that leads to .... maybe God doesn't know. Only divine improvisation

Always we assume some stuff. I assume that nothing is apparent and that probably there is a reason behind stuff.

What about "God" "dreaming"?  That's an assumption. Look for the actuality of what you're talking about.

All why-questions are riddled with assumptions that are grounded in humancentric survival which God is not limited by, so you should not expect a straightforward answer to your question.

Intrinsic joy is revealed in the marriage of meaning and being.

This is God. And this is a dream/maya. That is the actuality right there.

Freedom. But what’s the point of that? Absolutely no point at all. No reason = love = freedom.

There’s no meaning to anything at all — if there were, that would be a condition; a constraint, and not absolute boundless freedom.

This is already the great completion.

The so-called end of the dream (enlightenment) is simply the end of the experience that there are objectively better or worse separate things. The end of mystical & ordinary as being the slightest bit separate. There are already no objectively better or worse separate things, and no experiencer separate from everything. So there never was a dream. And nothing to overcome. Nothing needs to be overcome, already. And the story never ends — only the relationship to it ends.

If there were a way, it would be <insert famous last words>.

Nothing can be done to get closer to completion — it’s all there is. Even the dream is completion. The end of the dream really is just like going to sleep and never waking up, from the perspective of the experiencer who seems to have a life of meaning and purpose — it would never end it by choice, especially if it could know what the end of the dream meant; it can’t imagine what it’s like for the worst experience to be absolutely equanimous with the best; indeed, no one knows what that’s like. Even if attempting suicide, the experiencer never assumes that death will mean absolute equanimity of all happenings — it generally thinks it will be something like peace, or just something different (better or less-bad), etc.

the dream is just your lens of judgement, take off the specs and you will see the sublime perfection, god is nothing but a love machine

No. That's a projection and a story.

The actuality is a bunch of colors, sounds, feelings etc

It's Love. Because Love is the selflessness to become everything. Total and complete selflessness means that it will forget itself as selflessness/love.

Total selflessness/Love "goes" full circle and incarnates as everything, creating the illusion of the world.

Don't blame God for the bs, blame those people who fell out of love, out of God.
