Nico Rosberg the new F1 world champion used Zen and meditation to become F1 racing champion.

He also quit racing right after he won the title. Intresting decision, but respect for Nico.

@Richard Alpert Yeah very interesting decision. I wonder if the Zen teachings have contributed to him to decide to step out of the sport. After all he has fulfilled his life purpose to become world champion, and now maybe he found a new life purpose trough the Zen teachings. 

During the season I was thinking he must be going to a psychologist or something because his mental game was a lot better this season, hence him winning the title.

I've been watching F1 for practically whole my life. At first, I was really surprised when Nico announced his retirement, but now I follow him completely. Although I would love to be an F1-driver, I can also imagine how much stress and effort it takes. So when he reached his ultimate goal, F1 champion, it is time to move on, spend time with his family and enjoy the other aspects of life. Great respect for Nico and his decision to stop!
