@Johnny Galt Thanks for sharing. I don’t have a bathtub but I’ll look into the other things you linked.

@EugeneTheSage

How do I do upper dog and cobra pose? Are there any videos I could follow?

I don't know any specific good videos. You better research by yourself. Those are pictures

I wanna add that those poses stretch all the front "muscle train"

I suggest you don't just look for a quick solution from us but instead set an investigative approach for yourself. In my experience quick 5mins formula doesn't work well - I get better results when studying topic deeeeeply

@Vision

It’s paradoxical. You have to probe a bit and see what it is, and yet at the same time you already know what it is. If you can embrace both those views it’ll inevitably clear up. Also, tension is body mind stuff, so you could do any or all basic body mind relaxation stuff, and check in on clean diet, exercise, etc. You mentioned you want to feel more loose and playful, the opposite of that is knowing as in being the knower. So also look for what you know, and bring the other end of the paradox, or the polar opposite forward. Be absolutely literal. Not trying to ‘pick on you’… but an example would be “it always feels like I have pent up tension”. There was a point so to speak when you didn’t, and that changed, and now there is the experience and the thought that you always do. That became a story… so literally just start telling the opposite story. Tell yourself, so to speak, I never feel tension, I’m always having fun. In a matter of days you’ll forget you ever told the old story. If the thought arises, like, ‘that won’t work’… I need something, some practice, treatment, substance, etc… then you have some info to probe with… if a remedy seems called for, it points to something which is held or believed which needs to be remedied, or just let go.

@Thought Art What do you mean just relaxing all the muscles? During Qigong?

@Nahm

So is it like getting hit by two arrows? What I mean by that is:

The first arrow is the feeling that's arising (in this case, tension), the second arrow is the unnecessary suffering caused by the story I tell myself (that I am always feeling tension). So the experience may still remain, but I'm removing the unnecessary suffering?

What do you mean by this? What info do I have to probe?

@Vision ok, actually this idea of muscle trains weren't discussed in the proposed video. I watched a russian speaking terapist who was talking about this Tom Myer's model but the video I've provided doesn't contain needed information, though it is still useful.

The core of the idea is that there are lines of muscles which influence each other. You can have problem with knees because your quadriceps is too tense and chronically contracted, or because your lower back is tense. Lot od combinations could possibly be
