Why cant the finite mind encapsulate the infinite?

is it because direct experience of the totality of existence is infinitely more true than existence manifesting as a concept or symbol representing the totality of existence, since existence is manifesting as a concept which is way smaller than just existence manifesting as everything that it could be through the experience of pure empty awareness?
