What is Domain of Mastery?

Working on the life purpose course right now, and I am super confused on one thing:

 

What the FUCK is your domain of mastery?

 

Like nobody clarifies what this is.

 

And how is it different from your ideal medium?

If i am not wrong or imo.

 

If i am intrested in self help my domain of mastery is self help.

 

My ideal medium is how do u master self help.i can master it by the following methods.

Meditation,yoga,reading,public speaking,emotional work,psychidelics,reading books,doing marketing etc.each of these is all different roads to master my domain of mastery
