Not the best place, but circus circus was quite cheap and fair quality to stay in. Something like $60-$80 a night. Make sure you get the non-smoking room. That'll give you some extra cheese, so you can waste it at the club 

I didn't go clubbing there, but it's hard to not find an attractive women there.
