Important Documentary About The Shadow

8 posts in this topic

I've just saw few minutes of it but it sounds great! I've put it on my whatch list, thanks for the advice :)

The best documentary that I know regarding spirituality are Samsara, baraka, and The inner and outer world: the first 2 dosen't adress directly the "topic" of enlightenment, but they are really eye opening on the awful result that the ego/ourself lead us.

The woman with brown hair gives the impression of being a typical superficial-american-style-self-help-guru(projection LOL), but good documentary

After watching the video, i still have questions.  The video focuses on deep regrets and fogiving yourself for your past wrong doings.  It sort of glosses over bad habits and seems to tell you to embrace them, because if you don't, they will destroy you.   It makes alot of assumtions about people who had bad habits, rejected them, and then later found themselves in deep shit.  Are we to simply accept our bad habits or evil traits or whatever you want to call them because we are victims of fate?

By accepting these "bad habits" you bring them into your awareness instead of denying them and therefor it will be easier to see and express the emotions that are causing them in the first place.
