Which mushroom is best for growing and consuming?

So I have an opportunity to grow mushrooms at home but confused with the large variety of choices available.

What you guys tried and suggest the best ones which can grow easily and will give good results?

Cubensis B+ are known for being easy to grow. Penis envy are known for being among the most potent. It just depends what your goals are.

Something which is ready to grow and more potent ?

Most important is the potency so that I can use lil for good results

Penis envy is totally the way to go then. They shouldn’t be much more difficult than other strains.
