What is your supplement intake routine?

Could you share what, why, and how you are supplementing? I want to gain more knowledge about it.

 

Those are my current supplements that i have stored, yet to use:

-vitamin d3 + k2 (natural factors)

-omega 3 from fish oil (california gold)

-alpha gpc (jarrow formulas)

-active B complex (natural factors)

-nootropics (nootropics depot):

  •  caffeine + l-theanine,
  • bacopa monnieri extract
  • lion's mane extract
  • oxiracetam
  • sabroxy.

 

I want to have a daily organized routine of intake before i start taking them. I want to know better the frecuency of intake, the order and if i should consider adding new ones.
