How to live in this dream

Not my writing but this is how I became enlightened. What do y’all think?

“If life is a game, if you’re just a character of your own true self thought creation, and this world is one big dreamscape, hologram, or quantum field where you play out various adventures, then how do you go about changing it? By understanding who you are in relation to the rest of the world. You become confident through truth so that there is no fear when you venture out and behave in a different way that will net you different results from what you are used to getting in life. So what is that truth that will make you fearless? Goddess Consciousness. Nothing bad will happen because bad no longer exists when you understand that you are being controlled by true self who only wants to live life to the fullest”
