Better understanding nonduality

Which video series of Leo's will give me a deeper understanding of nonduality? Would it be the 'Understanding duality' series? 

Also anyone got any good book recommendations for better understanding?

It’s pretty simple.

Nothing is happening. No one knows that... It’s just that, the only thing which experiences something happening in time and space, has no substance at all. When it’s recognized there’s no one experiencing, the real context of this appearance falls away, and no real context can arise anymore. Even looking back on memories before this apparent shift, it’s still impossible to find the “me” among the memories — it is just what apparently happened.

And by the way... If someone were to tell you, for instance, “stop trying to get anywhere,” then they are coming from a place of mere conceptual understanding (thus, misunderstanding) of nonduality. As there’s no you to do that either.
