I think they are the same meaning that an orgasm is an orgasm. The brain does not see a difference between real sex or imaginary sex. There is a part of the brain that does not distinguish those things. This is why sometimes when you're half asleep and half awake your brain confuses imagination with reality.

@SQAAD Porn can lower your dopamine sensitivity if you watch it too often. This is problem for hedonism in general. But it goes back up after you stop to watch so i wouldnt say it is a damage. Just dont watch it too much.

@SQAAD porn or sex doesn't damage brain, damage only occurs when you do over or without proper precautions. these is a clear thing in every field. if an athlete over do a training, injury will happen, even if you use brain too much for thinking it will be injured and get corrupt. everthing boils down to the proper dosgae and balance.

   Actually, the lower ego comes from the left brain and amigdala. The frontal one is the super ego, the judging part of it.
