ALA is easy to obtain. Just type Alpha Lipoic Acid in Amazon or any supplemental company and you'll get lots of results. Most of them sell up to 600mg/cap so not sure if that is sufficient for the protocol you're looking to try. I've used it few times with guys and it was always well tolerated.
