Aid For My Common Place Book

I've been stuck on making my commonplace book i need assistance on what to name my categories for where i can put my notes. I use the iphone notes app after migrating from discord and making servers to use for my Book. But after a few month or so this became tedious due to needing a internet connection for actually writing and uploading in the app. It would mean alot if you shared some tips on keeping an organised commonplace book and ideas for folders and there names for a certain type of note for example notes depicting memories go inside of the memory folder.
