How do I get back on track with self-actualization

I know why I go off track because it gets too overwhelming so I have to start with less but then when I go off track I feel so much resistance that when I try to get back on track by watching Leo's motivational speech for example my mind just says NOPE and I find some distraction like junk food or gaming.

Any advice on getting back on track would be highly appreciated :)

what works for me is devote the day's first 4 hours to inner work

this means 12 hours of day to day life is in (sleep + inner) and 12 hours is out
