How Did You Improve Your Speaking Leo?

So I just started a youtube channel, but after pumping out a few videos I realized that I suck in front of the camera (no confidence, no good vocal projection,..).

My questions for you Leo is; 

Did you take any coaching in particular to improve your speaking skills in front of the camera?

Do you recommend something like a voice coach?

Leo has a video on public speaking where he talks about joining a Toastmasters. Maybe that helped him out. I am joining a Toastmasters soon because I suuuuuck at talking in front of people!
