Feeling Confused

I had a little bit stressful situation 2 weeks ago, and I was doing meditation to release anger I got from that situation. But it feels like it's still there, it feels like it's there for no reason and I am pitying myself all the time and feeling like a victim. Even I know rationally i should not care, emotionally I still feel bad.

You could also start working out, im pretty sure that can help alot. Also telling a little bit more about situation could maybe give us more information to work with.
